A New Start Counseling Center, Inc. (ANSCC) is delighted that Barry Hull, MD has decided to join our center as Medical Director of a new division, A New Start Medical Center.  The directors of ANSCC have partnered with Dr. Hull in developing this new medical division, which will serve to provide medication evaluations for patients.  The following information provides background regarding Dr. Hull's education and experience.  For additional information about Dr. Hull, his services or to schedule an appointment, please contact our administrative staff.
