J. Heath Browning MEd, LPC
MA, LPC
Heath has been working with children, adolescents, and adults since 2001. He combines a mixture of several therapeutic styles (cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, DBT, brief solution- focused approach and practical, no-nonsense application) to assist clients in reaching their short- and long-term goals.“Positive change occurs from the inside out, but we all need help from the outside to change our insides”. This is the essence of therapy- one person helping another person to think, feel and do better; achieve a better quality of life. The greatest gift one person can give another is time, effort, and help.
